煤矿天轮车槽装置控制系统设计及其实验研究

摘要: 为了避免矿井钢丝绳因绳槽衬垫磨损造成的二次伤害,介绍了煤矿提升机车槽装置,根据现场使用情况制定了安装方案及其支架,基于PLC设计了煤矿天轮车削装置控制,搭建了天轮偏摆及振动性能检测装置和径向特性检测装置,建立了实验平台。针对实验天轮研究发现:天轮从最左边的第四天轮到最右边的第一天轮,天轮最突出位置的直径越来越大,最凹处位置的直径从第四天轮到第二天轮逐渐减少,至第一天轮时稍有增加,但天轮的磨损情况则呈现越来越严重的趋势。据此,基于车削装置进行了针对性车削,消除了天轮衬垫的磨损,保障了煤矿矿井提升机的提升安全。

Abstract: In order to avoid the secondary damage caused by the mine steel wire for rope slot liner wear, this article introduces the coal mine lift locomotive tank device. According to the site usage make the installation plan and the support, the coal mine based on PLC design pulley turning device control, set the pulley deflection and vibration performance test device and radial feature detection device, experimental platform is established. Pulley for experiment study found: pulley from the most to the left of the fourth pulley to the right on the first day of the wheel, the diameter of the pulley of the most prominent position is more and more big, the concave of the diameter of the location from the fourth pulley to gradually reduce, the next day to the first day when the wheel increases slightly, but the wear of head sheave present the trend that more and more serious. According to this, the cutting mechanism based on the turning device, eliminates the wear of the wheel liner, and guarantees the safety of mine hoist.
